All above lets are Saturday to Saturday, except 19th December to 9th January 2011 which are Sunday changeover this year.
Also, the changeover date can be flexible during June, September, January and March.
A discount of 5% will be allowed on the total amount if a two (or more) week holiday is booked.
Also a discount will be allowed for January, June and September bookings where only 2 people occupy an apartment.

Please note:
A 25% non returnable deposit is payable with booking. The balance, plus a £50 returnable bond against breakages etc., is payable not less than 8 weeks before your arrival. The bond will be returned to you within 14 days of your return.
Rental begins at 5pm on Saturday and we ask you to vacate your apartment by 10am on the Saturday of your departure.
We request you to bring your own linen; duvet covers, pillow cases, sheets, towels and tea towels are not normally supplied, however they can be arranged by request and paid for locally.
